Lindsay D. Williams is an illustrator, publisher and designer with a BFA from Parsons School of Design. Originally from New York, she is now based in Truth or Consequences, NM.

In 2020. She self-published and design a 78 card tarot deck called “Desert Illuminations Tarot” and is working on writing, self-publishing and designing a guidebook to accompany the deck to be released in 2022 called” The Desert Illuminations Codex.”

In the past, she has freelanced for different types of clients all over the country including Nike, Xerox, Sigg and Mimoco Inc. She has also worked for micro-publishing agency Powerhouse Books and assisted children’s book illustrator Azadeh Hayoushar with Simon & Shuster.

Her art is influenced by 60s/70s psychedelic poster art, Japanese woodblock prints, classic tattoo flash, vintage Americana motifs, spiritualism, human psychology, and her love of the desert landscape. She likes to experiment in different types of media such as digital illustration, painting, collating and lino cutting. She finds balance in her creative process that varies from non-serious quirky digital illustrations to more academic and serious quality work via her paintings.
